When you suspend your subscription, you’ll be able to carry on using the remainder of your credits for that month but your subscription will not renew at the end of the month.
Head to the ‘Account Settings’ page - you can do this by clicking the thumbnail of your profile picture (in the top right corner), and clicking ‘Account Settings’ from the drop down menu.
In the bottom right section of the page, you’ll see the ‘Subscription’ section. Click the red ‘Suspend’ button here.
On the following page, simply hit ‘Confirm’ to suspend your subscription.
NB: You’ve got to do this no later than 7 days before the subscription is set to renew in order to stop the next renewal. If you suspend/freeze your account within 7 days of the renewal date, that payment will be taken as normal and your account suspension/freeze will come into force the month after. If this happens, you’ll be allocated your credits as normal for the upcoming month.
