I've had an issue

We are very sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue, or that FairPlay hasn’t lived up to your expectations.

You can fill out a report form here and we will get back to you within 3 days with a response. [MUST BE EMBEDDED ON THE SITE]

Completed forms should be sent to help@fairplay.fm, with the title ‘Refund Request’.

Our stipulations for refunds are set out in our terms and conditions and any refund requests will be dealt with against this policy.

If your refund is accepted, your bank account will be reimbursed within 7 days from the date of acceptance.
